The structure is located on "Londonska" street in the settlement Taftalidze - Skopje and it has a surface area of 6.250,00 м2. The structure comprises three platforms with a ground floor and 6 floors, with different structure of apartments. The idea of this structure is to provide a modern treatment of a functional entity striving for an extraordinary aesthetic expression. The architectural treatment of the facade is modern and utilizes modern construction materials which provide special aesthetic values and standards to the structure. The artistic expression and the shaping of the is based on the traditional elements of the Macedonian architectural heritage.
