The structure is located in the central city area of Skopje , in the urban area "Small Ring". With its architectural and urban concept, this structure successfully integrates of the functions necessary for the operation of a modern bank. Vertically it comprises two underground levels, ground floor, three floors and an attic. The underground levels enable a functional parking area and a treasury operations area. The banking operations with outside clients takes place in the counter area, on the ground floor of the structure. The administration and the management team of the bank are located on the other floors. The gross surface area of the structure is 3.200,00 m².
