From an urban point of view, the building is conceived as a residential structure with business apartments, i.e. the structure is horizontally divided into two entities. The residential part is located from the first to the sixth floors, while the business apartments are on the seventh floor and the attic and they are accessible through a separate entrance. The building contains apartments with various sizes and functions. According to its height, this structure is a high rise building. The proposed solutions for flats and apartments, with a clear overview of the elements, develop the idea of humanized area of a urban residential location. The modern shape of the facade and the application of modern materials provides tight links between the architectural shape and the functionality of the building. The surface area of the building is 4.200,00 m².
